The opening credits feature various photographic and painted views and Oklahoma landmarks set against a New York City landscape: A statue of a Sioux Indian chief wearing a War Bonnet and Bone Choker necklace (breastplate) that was erected on top of the Brooklyn Bridge Golden Driller statue to the Statue of Liberty, Route 66 Western Gateway Arch to a Major Manhattan “Avenue”. On CBS News Sunday Morning: Episode #457 (2022)
which are crisscrossed by smaller numbered streets.. Sylvester Stallone’s Rocky, old school, hard a$$ acting style is a perfect fit for this show.
From the narration to the boating in Tulsa, it just shows that this role is perfect for him
Also, the fact that he acts like a guy of his age and style definitely helps him blend in perfectly. As for the show, the build-up for the first two episodes was great and it moved pretty quickly.
It will be interesting to see how good and how big of a twist they have prepared towards the end of the season
In the meantime, if you are a Sly fan, definitely give this show a chance, even if you are not, I still recommend it for the sake of gangster shows.
