The Lord of the Rings: War of the Rohirrim takes place 183 years before the events of the original film trilogy. It tells the story of the family of Helm Hammerhand, the legendary King of Rohan. The sudden attack of Wulf, a cunning and ruthless Dunlending Lord seeking revenge for his father’s death, forces Helm and his people to make a last courageous stand at the ancient Hornburg fortress – a mighty stronghold that would later become known as Helm’s Deep.
