German director Ray Müller already in 1993
At the suggestion of TV presenter Sandra MEISHBERGER, who interviewed Leni RIEFENSTHAL on the occasion of her 100th birthday, he once again returned to the life of the scandalous director. He managed to create an exciting film by Ray Mueller, dedicated to “LENI RIEFENSTHAL: DIE MACHT DER BILDER”. released a film-interview with Riefenstahl and even received an INTERNATIONAL EMMY AWARD for it. In an interview with Ray Mueller, Riefenstahl said that she was a hot-tempered repressive artist who used everything from crying and flirting to malicious aggression to deny her responsibility.
VEIEL has little to add to Müller’s conclusions
In Germany, the film was shown in 1993 on the then very ambitious private news channel VOX. This woman always knew exactly what she was doing and what she was not doing. FEIEL’s film deserves to present a psychological portrait of the successor to the repressive crimes of the Third Reich, RIEFENSTHAL.
The real ground breaking work was done by MUELLER, not MEISCHBERGER/FEUEL
This woman could lie in any number of ways until she accepted them as the truth. Such people are again very modern, so in no case should you miss such a film as “RIEFENSTHAL!” DIE MACHT DER BILDER” (1993) by Ray MUELLER.
